This recipe is special to our family as it was handed down from my Nan and was a staple in our house growing up. It is a fool-proof, easy-to-make pudding that will leave your mouth watering.

I love it so much because I can easily just stir it in the bowl I’m baking it in, no need for extra washing up πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ)

It’s as simple as that! Quick, easy and tastes amazing every time. I love to serve it with vanilla ice cream and sometimes even just thickened cream.
